“I rarely give 5 star reviews as every establishment has something that disappoints or could be improved. Here I can’t because we visited during a partial renovation which caused delays with the elevators and noise during the day [beginning before 8 even on Saturday morning]. That said, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms clean and well stocked [even if the layout is a little funky], and then breakfast was well laid out and provided a good variety. We will return next time we’re in the area.”

“We stay here every year for 2 nights in June. The service is spectacular and the team always goes above and beyond. This year a wonderful member of the breakfast team brought my toddler a little stuffed moose when she hurt herself. Better yet, they’ve renovated the rooms and they are gorgeous! New carpets, new wallpaper, all new furniture. It is fantastic!!! Plus only a 4 minute walk to the outlets. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Residence Inn in North Conway, and it was exactly the high-quality experience I’ve come to expect from the Marriott brand. Finding the hotel was a breeze, as it is perfectly situated right on the main road through town. This central location makes it an ideal base for anyone looking to explore the area without any navigational headaches. Upon checking in, I found the rooms to be modern, impressively clean, and well-maintained. They truly reflect the contemporary standards of a Marriott property, offering a comfortable and fresh atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in. I was aware that the property was undergoing some construction during my visit, but I was thrilled to find that the management handled it seamlessly. The work did not interfere with the guest experience at all; most importantly, the amenities remained fully operational. I was able to take full advantage of the pool and the hot tub, which were both clean and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day out. The breakfast was another highlight, featuring the traditional and consistent layout that makes Marriott stays so reliable. With a spread including bacon, eggs, bagels, oatmeal, coffee, and fresh waffles, it provided a great start to the morning with the quality and variety I’ve grown to appreciate. If you are looking for a dependable, modern, and comfortable place to stay in North Conway, I highly recommend this Residence Inn. I will certainly be back!”
